2025 marks the 10th anniversary of DMR Books. To commemorate this momentous milestone, we're going back to where we started and reviving the Swords of Steel series! SOS was a groundbreaking fantasy anthology series, in that all the authors were members of heavy metal bands. The first three volumes included stories by notable musicians/lyricists such as Byron Roberts (Bal-Sagoth), J. Tarpey (Eternal Champion), Howie Bentley (Cauldron Born), and E.C. Hellwell (Manilla Road). Swords of Steel IV will feature many returning veterans as well as newcomers to the lineup.

More details will be announced soon. Additionally, over the coming weeks and months we'll be doing special features on Facebook and Instagram covering each previous DMR release as part of the 10th anniversary celebration. It'll be a great way to (re)familiarize yourself with the back catalog -- and as SOS IV is our 50th release, there's a whole lot to cover!
