This summer DMR Books will release three differently themed reprint anthologies, the first of which will appear in mid-June. Entitled Planetary Adventures, it will contain five rare tales from the Golden Age of Science Fiction. The stories included are:

“The Temple of Earth” by Poul Anderson (Rocket Stories, July 1953)
“World of the Dark Dwellers” by Edmond Hamilton (Weird Tales, August 1937)
“The Eyes of Thar” by Henry Kuttner (Planet Stories, Fall 1944)
“The Empress of Mars” by Ross Rocklynne (Fantastic Adventures, May 1939)
“Man of Two Worlds” by Bryce Walton (Space Stories, 1952)

Planetary Adventures will be followed one month later by Prehistoric Adventures. As the title indicates, Prehistoric Adventures contains exciting tales set in the Stone Age such as Arthur Petticolas’ cult classic novella “Dinosaur Destroyer.” August will see the release of Viking Adventures, an anthology of stories of the heathens of the North and their gods. Some of the tales are historical in nature, while others are based in mythology. There will be no shortage of exciting reading material this summer!
