We at DMR Books have a very busy fall season, and not just with new releases like Arminius, Bane of Eagles and Samhain Sorceries. During October and November you’ll see the DMR banner at four different conventions:

Archon 45 (St. Louis, MO, September 30-October 2) The Midwest’s premier science fiction and fantasy event has been going strong since 1977. Archon features a wide variety of panels, gaming, and programming.

Monster Bash (Pittsburgh, PA, October 14-16) The classic monster film festival and expo is where classic horror, science fiction and mystery fans meet! DMR Books author Schuyler Hernstrom might make an appearance as well.

Anime Halloween (Rosemont, IL, October 28-30) Get ready for a fun weekend involving anime, cosplay, tabletop games, late night dances, and more. Tickets are available for the astonishingly low price of $10 for the whole weekend.

Windycon 48 (Lombard, IL, November 11-13) Windycon is Chicagoland’s longest running science fiction convention. At its core, Windycon is a literary based convention. However, programming covers a wide range of topics from astrophysics, to costuming techniques, to pop culture.
